How we handle your data

Last updated: Oct 3, 2026

Punatek helps people in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia get found by employers. This notice explains what we collect when you send your CV, why, and the control you have over it.

Who is responsible

[CONTROLLER LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, city, the kinds of work you want, your CV if you upload one, the language you used and which ad brought you to us. We don't ask for your ID number, date of birth, photo or address. If you choose to complete your profile, we also store your job title, experience, skills, languages, education, when you can start, the kind of work and area you want, and the minimum pay you expect. Every one of these answers is optional. If you allow ad measurement, we also keep the click code of the ad you came from.

Please leave out of your CV anything about your health, religion, political views, ethnic origin or ID numbers. We don't need it.

Why we use it

To show your profile to verified companies looking for people like you, so they can contact you about work. We only do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you upload.

Who sees it

Only companies we have verified, and only to contact you about work. Our hosting and storage providers process the data for us, inside the EU. We never sell your data. To fill in the form for you, an automated reading service hosted in the EU (zero data retention) reads the text of your CV; it keeps nothing.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. You can delete your CV and details yourself at any time, instantly, with the private link you get after sending your CV.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time — for free. Deleting is instant with the private link you get after sending your CV. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency, in Albania the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, in North Macedonia the Personal Data Protection Agency, or the authority where you live.
